We at Dojo Fit have combined the latest in exercise techniques, principles and philosophy to create a program that will fit any body style or level of fitness. From beginner to advanced Dojo Fit can work for you! Dojo Fit can be custom tailored to your personal fitness needs thus creating a program that produce greater results in shorter period of time. Dojo Fit combines cardio training with resistance training (weight Training) to create a stronger body image. We at Dojo Fit believe that it is essential to elevate your heart rate while incorporating weights or resistance bands to help accelerate your path to total body fitness. We at Dojo Fit want to target your specific fitness needs. We believe that with the proper training in exercise and the correct nutritional counseling we can get you to whatever level of fitness that you would like to achieve. We have programs for the serious competitor, the weekend athlete or just someone wanting to look and feel better. Dojo Fit instructors are licensed personal trainers and martial art instructors with the ability to design the latest most efficient fitness programs or self defense training. We incorporate basic martial arts in some of our Dojo Fit classes. We believe that a large part any fitness program is empowerment.
