The Dojo offers classes in practical self-defense for children and adults alike, we are affiliated with some of the top Black Belts in the country in martial arts. With an impressive roster of Black Belt instructors who provide students with an exceptional depth of talent and variety from which to draw. The Dojo respects traditional training customs with an open mind, We feel students should be instructed in an open atmosphere and are encouraged to participate and to contribute their ideas and experience in stretching, strengthening, breathing, self-defense techniques and other martial exercises.
