The Dojo takes our training programs very seriously. No two classes are alike, as we design our classes based on the needs, goals and skills of each student in that class. We guarantee our classes will encourage character development and healthy lifestyles.
Pre-Skills (Ages 3 - 4)
In a nurturing and caring environment, kids learn motor skill development, how to follow directions, and self-control through games, exercises and the basics of martial arts.
Kinder Kicks (Ages 4 - 6)
A high energy, fun class for preschoolers and kindergartners, our Kinder Kicks program works on balance and coordination skills, while introducing martial arts basics in preparation for Dojo Kids.
Dojo Kids 1 (Ages 6 - 8) & Dojo Kids 2 (Ages 9 - 13)
Through martial arts training, Dojo Kids gain the tools, confidence, and courage necessary to make healthy and positive life decisions. We focus on the five pillars of martial arts – Respect, Integrity, Courage, Effort, and Strength – while in the Dojo, at home, and in school. Success in Dojo Kids can overflow into school and personal life. The unique drills are designed to work speed, focus, and power, and can also have a positive crossover effect on performance in other sports.
Black Belt Club (Ages 7 - 11 by Invitation Only)
The Black Belt Club is our premier program for our most dedicated student. The program requires the student have a purple belt or above and be able to attend at least two classes a week. Black Belt students get to spar, learn high-level empty hand techniques and weapons training. This program in by invitation only!
Develop positive character traits such as perseverance, goal-setting, respect, honor and discipline. Earn your Black Belt! Join the ever-increasing number of teens who realize the power that a Black Belt has on college applications and job interviews.
Adult Martial Arts
The adult martial arts program will help turn back the clock through agility, flexibility, and focused training. We will strengthen your body and help you to continue to set positive goals in your life. Be empowered!
Dojo Fit™ Classes
Are you looking for an exercise program? Or do you belong to a fitness club and long for guidance and focus in your training? Dojo Fit™ is the answer. We have combined the latest in exercise techniques, principles and philosophy to create a program that will fit any body style or level of fitness.
We believe that with the proper training in exercise and the correct nutritional counseling we can get you to whatever level of fitness that you would like to achieve. We have programs for the serious competitor, the weekend athlete, or just someone who wants to look and feel better.
Classic Dojo Fit™
Kick Boxing moves combined with upbeat music and a variety of exercises will sculpt your body in a fun whole-body work out.
Dojo Fit™ Express
Our Fit Express class is a circuit-based 45 minute exercise class. We combine elements from all our classes in an accelerated whole-body work out that's perfect for the working professional.
Dojo Fit™ Express Bag
This class incorporates cardio, body weight, and agility training. Hitting a bag builds punching power, stamina, and can increase your metabolic rate for days afterward. This workout works your legs as well as your arms to train the whole body, activating as much muscle as possible to burn the most calories.
Dojo Fit™ Family Express
Dojo Fit Family is a 45 min express workout designed for parents and children to do together. You must be at least 12 years old and willing to work hard doing a variety of exercises using body weight, light weights, and cardio training.
Dojo Fit™ Yoga Flow
The Yoga Flow class strives to maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow a progression through breathing exercises, warm up, variations of sun salutations, a dynamic standing series, various hip openers and stretches, and a final relaxation.
Dojo Fit™ Bums & Tums
Core muscles are central to every movement you make. They are critical to your stability, strength, and efficiency: strong core=strong body. The core includes thigh, glute, hip, back, and abdominal muscles. This class works on strength and flexibility in all of those areas.
Level: All levels are welcome
Format: Medium intensity movement sets for different muscle groups, standing and floor work, stretching
Equipment: Bands, small ball, Swiss ball, roller, gravity!
Dojo Fit™ Cardio Kickboxing/Bag

Are you ready to experience our mixed bag of gear and more movements? We have a new challenge for you!
This class features varied training tools and High Intensity Intervals built on strong, focused, and functional movements, guaranteed to be outrageously fun but leave you in a "breathless, sweaty, body-quivering heap” Which is, (be honest) exactly what you came for!
